If you want to become a member of Mid-Roscommon Co-Operative Society Ltd., download a application for a water connection form below and forward it on to the office address at Lismurtagh, Tulsk, Co.Roscommon or send it in an email to midros.coop@gmail.com.

A site map must be included for all applications for new connections. It may be necessary for the manager to meet you at your site to assess the feasibility of a connection. lease note all new connections are subject to approval at our Board meetings. Once we receive all the required information, we will be in a position to state if a connection is available and supply you with the relevant letter needed to submit with your planning application to Roscommon County Council.

If you are selling your house or land please inform the GWS so we can read your water meter and arrange for your account to be paid up to date. Your solicitor will require a letter from the scheme stating that water charges are fully paid. The new owner will have to fill out a transfer of ordinary shares and water connection form to be returned to the scheme manager.

Please note, if this is not completed, your name will remain on our system until we are notified and therefore liable for any water charges incurred.
